At The Elevant Brand, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date.


Return Requirements:
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Process: Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, our team will provide the return address and any additional instructions.

Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
